The Danger of a Single Story (Stereotyping)
In her TED talk, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie discusses the dangers of having a single story/view about members of a social group. She discusses the importance of considering every person as a unique, complex individual who is shaped by many different factors. Doing so is a way to reduce our reliance on harmful stereotypes.
