Cultural Encounter

The purpose of a cultural encounter is for students to experience what it may feel like to be "different." For this assignment, developed by Linh Nguyen Littleford, students choose an activity and write a paper about their experience. In their paper, they describe their reactions to their encounter and explain how their experience integrates with the course readings.
