Tentative Schedule:

Friday: Arrive no later than 3 pm into San Francisco or San Jose to be transported to Santa Cruz. Group happy hour, dinner, and introductions begins at 5 pm. 8 pm end early to adjust to time change for East coast participants.

Saturday: 7 am breakfast available. 8 am-10 am: first 3 participants and "bucket time". 10 am-11 am morning break. 11 am-1 pm: next 3 participants and "bucket time." 1-2 pm: lunch, 2-5 pm: afternoon break (beach time, quiet time, etc.). 5-7 pm: next 3 participants and "bucket time." 7 pm: dinner together, then evening free (e.g., trip down to Santa Cruz wharf for drinks on the water for those interested).

Sunday: 7 am breakfast available. 9 am-11 am: last 3 participants and "bucket time" 11 am-12 noon lunch together. 12 noon-6 pm break (e.g., continue conversations on own, writing time, beach time, etc.). 6 pm-dinner together, closing ceremony begins immediately following dinner.

Monday: Participants leave as needed to catch flights or continue on with their stays in California.
