Mary Kite

Mary Kite is Professor of Psychological Science and Director of Undergraduate Studies at Ball State University and was selected to lead this Virginia Ball Center Seminar in 2013. Strongly committed to psychology education at all levels, she is Past-President of The Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP, APA Division 2). She and her colleague, Bernard Whitley, Jr., recently published the third edition of their textbook The Psychology of Prejudice and Discrimination. In 2007, she was named a Minority Access National Role Model and was selected as a G. Stanley Hall Lecturer for the American Psychological Association in 2009.
